7 or more days before your course start date: Cancel for a refund of your total payment, minus a 3% administrative fee, within 5–10 business days.
Less than 7 days before your course start date: No refund is issued. Your registration is cancelled, but the payment is not returned.
You can cancel your own registration at any time from the Cancel Booking page, or from the link included in your booking confirmation email. You'll always see your refund eligibility confirmed before you finalize a cancellation.
7 or more days before your course start date: Transfer your registration to a different session of equal or lesser value at no additional charge.
Less than 7 days before your course start date: Transfers are no longer available.

A 3% processing fee is added to the course price at checkout, and shown as a separate line item before you pay. This fee helps cover the cost of card processing and keeps course pricing straightforward.
If you cancel 7 or more days before your course starts, your refund is calculated as your total payment (course price plus the processing fee) minus a 3% administrative fee — in practice, this means you'll receive back nearly everything you paid.
If WarthogIS cancels or reschedules a course for any reason, affected students receive a full refund with no administrative fee, regardless of how close to the start date the change occurs.
