1. Booking and Session Access

Access to our live training environments and remote GIS software licenses does not require creating a user account. Instead, each booking is tied to the email address provided at checkout, which is used to look up, transfer, or cancel that booking.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information — including your name and email address — when booking a course.
• Single-Student Registration: Each course booking is for one individual student. Sharing your live classroom access (including video conferencing links) with colleagues or other third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Access Termination: WarthogIS reserves the right to revoke session access if a booking is shared or used by someone other than the registered student.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials provided during your GIS training — including live session recordings (where made available), lecture slides, mapping workflows, dataset configurations, guides, and proprietary scripts — are the exclusive intellectual property of WarthogIS or its licensors.

• Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use course materials solely for your own individual educational development.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not record, copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any part of our course content without WarthogIS's explicit prior written consent.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

All tuition fees are stated in US Dollars and must be paid in full at the time of booking. A processing fee is added to the listed course price to cover payment-processing costs; the total charged is shown before you complete your booking.

Cancellations and transfers are governed by the following policy:

• 7 or More Days Before the Course Start Date: You may cancel for a refund of your total payment minus a 3% administrative fee, or transfer your registration to a different session of equal or lesser value at no additional charge. If the new session costs less, the difference is not refunded.
• Fewer Than 7 Days Before the Course Start Date: Cancellations and transfers are no longer available, and no refund will be issued.
• WarthogIS-Initiated Cancellations: If WarthogIS cancels or reschedules a course, affected students will receive a full refund with no administrative fee.

4. Live Classroom Code of Conduct

We strive to provide a professional and collaborative learning environment. By participating in a live session, you agree to behave professionally at all times.

• Disruptive Behavior: Defamatory, abusive, harassing, or seriously disruptive behavior in the live video stream, chat, or shared workspace will result in immediate removal from the session.
• Termination Without Refund: WarthogIS reserves the right to permanently bar any student who violates this Code of Conduct from future sessions, without any obligation to issue a refund for tuition already paid.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Our courses are designed exclusively for educational and professional skill-development purposes.

• Mapping Accuracy Disclaimer: GIS training involves working with geospatial models and datasets. WarthogIS does not warrant that any code, maps, databases, or workflows used in the classroom are error-free, and is not liable for mapping inaccuracies, boundary disputes, engineering errors, or data issues that arise from applying classroom techniques to real-world work.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarthogIS's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our training shall not exceed the total tuition you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law and Contact
